DDS Wireless Appoints Caroline Dunn as CFO

DDS Wireless International, a provider of application software for multiple vertical markets within the transportation industry, has appointed Caroline Dunn as chief financial officer (CFO). Dunn has held CFO positions with leading Canadian companies, both public and private, during the past 15 years.

Dunn was with Sierra Systems Group from 1998 to 2006 where she held various executive positions including CFO, and was most recently CFO at Courtyard Group, a provider of healthcare consulting services. She also spent 10 years in public practice with Coopers & Lybrand in Canada and Ernst & Whinney in Scotland. Dunn is a chartered accountant (Scotland), has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Glasgow University and serves on the board of a pan-Canadian non-profit organisation.
