Eaton’s Advanced Monitored ePDUs

As I was looking for some information on Eaton’s Rack Mount ePDUs on their website – they caught my eye with the bright red “New!!” next to the Advanced Monitored ePDUs. For me, that’s like being let loose in a candy store, I just can’t help diving in to learn more.

These new ePDUs (e stands for “enclosure”), were designed for high-density, mission-critical server applications, and provide maximum power for standard and blade servers. Features include easy to read LCD screen and remote power management with easy to identify colored circuits. Various configurations are available with power range from 1.4kW to 10+kW, 100 to 240V input voltage and a variety of Input plugs and output receptacles. When you utilize Eaton’s Intelligent Power Manager software, you can collect readings over your network, allowing for quick PUE calculations.
